Kevin has been an estate agent since leaving school in 1985 and joining the city centre branch of Snushall’s. He readily admits he fell into the industry by accident but almost 40 years later he cannot imagine working in any other profession.
After 16 years working for three prominent Leicestershire estate agents as sales negotiator, valuer and branch manager he finally decided the time was right to set up his own business.
The inspiration behind Newby & Co, which opened it’s doors in May 2001, was to provide an excellent estate agency service in residential sales in the Glenfield area where no other agent has based it’s office. To this day Newby & Co remains the only agent with an office in Glenfield and continues to prioritise quality of service.
In his spare time Kevin plays golf & football, enjoys his family including grandchildren and presents two quizzes a week (he’s more of a Bradley Walsh than a Chaser!)
